Experience is crucial

Staging is arguably the most important part of any production, especially outdoor events. You have to be able to get your talent above the heads of the audience, and it has to be done in the safest possible manner. Rooftops are especially important, as they hold all the lighting for an event, and in some cases, the audio as well.

At Sound Mind Events, we're really good at staging and rooftops. We've got years of experience in rigging rooftops. We've build stages and rooftops on dirt, grass, concrete and on sloped ground. We've been rained on, cooked in the sun, battered by lighting storms and tornadic weather, and even set stages up under water. And, we own one of the largest inventory of Bil-jax staging in the southwest.

Finally, we are safety fanatics. We will never put you, your talent, or your audience in danger. We double check our rigging, and always use appropriate tie downs. We follow a strict set of guidelines in inclement weather. To date (knock on wood) we have never had a major or minor accident involving our stages or rooftops.
